Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is FREE and tracked to the USA, United Kingdom, mainland Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Rest of the world is a flat fee of £0.50
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days and you should receive your item within 3-10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Coronavirus delivery times may be extended up to 15 days. We hope you understand and can continue to support us during these hard times.
Unfortunately, this may sometimes be longer due to reasons out of our control. If you haven't received your order within 30 days please contact us (team@pawandsplash.com)
Although this is an extremely rare occurrence - packages do sometimes go missing once shipped. Please get in touch with us and we will investigate and resend your order again.

We are proud to say that our bottle is made of high quality food grade material, BPA, lead free and fully FDA approved!
Yes, on the product page you will be able to choose which colour you'd like to recieve!

Easily! Press the button whilst holding bottle upwards, so unused water goes back down in the holder.
Paw & Splash water bottle has one of the best seals and cold insulators which behaves better than most plastic or glass containers.
Most choose to wash by hand, but it is fully dishwasher compatible. However, after numerous washes we cannot guarantee if colours fade.
This is our lock button on the water bottle to enable no leaks of water when you have it in your bag or carrying it to counter any leaks of water.
Payments & Security
Yes. We use Stripe or PayPal, the leading international payment providers, to process all payments made on our website. At no point does Paw & Splash have access to your personal data.
